Each protein is available for individual analysis using the RED-T application (included as the ANLYSES folder) or the web-based RED-T applet which is a predecessor to the application (see the links blow).

In order to use this applet, the latest browser (IE 5.x and Netscape 5.x or above) and the latest JDK plug-in is required.

When launched, follow these RED-roots applet tips:
An extra window will pop-up upon launching the applet. This window needs to be available for extracting data (Get Data button) from the plots. (read the applet tips section for more details)
Before analysis, un-check the "show the best-fit line" option and then click the "refresh" button.
After analysis, use your browser's "back" button to return to this page to select another gene for analysis.
